At Emery Residential, we are committed to delivering high-quality property management, compliance, and investment-related services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to be transparent about our service terms, including our refund policy.

Service - Based Refunds

As a service-based business, Emery Residential does not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered, initiated, or reserved (including consultations, compliance reviews, or property management onboarding). However, we do understand that circumstances may change, and we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis when applicable.

You may be eligible for a partial refund if:

  • The service has not yet begun

  • No documentation, analysis, or deliverables have been provided

  • You cancel with at least [Insert # of days, e.g., 7 business days] notice before the service start date

Refunds are not issued under the following conditions:

  • Services have already been delivered or substantially initiated

  • Client fails to provide necessary documentation or access required for service

  • Cancellation occurs after agreed start or service date without sufficient notice

What to include in the Refund Policy

Investment Consultation Fees

Any fees collected for investor interest processing, consultation calls, or onboarding toward a real estate investment opportunity are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in writing during onboarding. Please read any service agreements or investor documentation carefully before submitting payment.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@emeryresidential.com with the subject line "Refund Request – Customer Support" and include:

  • Your full name

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for the request

  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

Changes to This Policy

Emery Residential reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with a new effective date.
